June, 2011   Polecat/Soaring Circuits/CAMS ALES Electric Sailplane Contest
ALES is "altitude limited electric soaring"  The planes carry a small electronic device which shuts off the motor at a   
           predefined altitude so that all contestants get an even start.  From there it is a true soaring contest.
